Online shop is a trending word in and around the world. In simple words online shop is nothing but a website or application by means of which goods or services are sold over the Internet. If we observe last 5 years the online shopping is booming in India and majority of people are selling on e-commerce website but very less number of people are selling their own website. Many people sell their products online through a well-known e-commerce website. That website allows to sell your products but you don’t have to spend money nor time to promote it as they will do it for you. This is how people usually sell but only some people like to own an online shop. However, they think that it’s not an easy task to sell online, especially through their own website.

Here I will show you why selling through your online shop are a good idea. I’m sure that after reading this article many will think about setting up an online store soon.

This is the biggest advantage of online shop. One can track the stock and also understand the customer behaviour. We will know which products are selling more and which are not. Using some inventory tools you can track your orders and stock at any point of time and also it will keep notify constantly. You can even be notified when stock level is low. This will save you time and money. And you can focus on more important aspects of your business.

Online shop helps you to list products as your wish as you do in your offline store. In offline stores you will notice that there will be no two shops looks alike or or have similar listing but when we look at E-commerce websites you will see same kind of listing in all websites. Even the images used are exact copy. However, in your online shopyou will have full freedom to list and post images as you like.

One can shop sitting at home and the availability of internet has grown rapidly in recent times. Indian market is expected to reach $64 billion by 2021, growing at a five-year CAGR of 31.2 percent. This makes opening an online shop can attract larger audience.
